In this six week course you will learn about equine body language, natural vs unnatural behaviours and how to connect energetically with horses through shared emotions/energy/frequency. 

The course consists of both practical, theoretical content plus guided mediations, and exercises to carry out with weekly homework.

A promise is a promise. When you offer a horse safety and they decide to trust you, that trust must be honoured. This course is therefore not a training method. It is a conversation that will build your bond. WARNING. This course may change how you relate to your horse and your understanding of horse ownership.  

Week 1. Essential ground rules, safety precautions, mental preparation and golden horsemanship rules. 

Week 2. Managing expectations, creating the space for communication. The natural horse.

Week 3. The natural horse, their evolution, society, social structures and the compromise of domestication. Observational work, exploring worlds.

Week 4.Spatial awareness. Horses communicate over large distances and have a huge personal space. They don't just respond to physical contact, they respond to pressure and release on their personal space. Become aware of your own personal space in relation to the horse. How to let the horse know that you are listening to him and create connection long before you get close enough for contact. 

Week 5. Energetic conversation, putting it all together. Mediations, creating safe space for your horse to connect. Releasing blockages and finding your silent voice. 

Week 6. Staying grounded. Horses require ultra presence and real time connection. Learn to self regulate and monitor your energetic state.
